Chinese investors of Zongshen takes 49% stake in Canada Harbour Air
Zongshen Group, a Chinese conglomerate, has acquired 49% stake in Canada's seaplane airline company Harbour Air.
Founded in British Columbia in 1982, Harbour Air is Canada's second largest seaplane airline company, which offers charter services on over 60 routes with a fleet size of more than 50 aircraft. Established in 1992, Zongshen Group has developed into a large-scale group of enterprises that possesses total assets of nearly RMB 20 billion yuan. (Zongshen said it will launch seaplane routes worldwide and will fully acquire Harbour Air within five years.)
