|| China Gaw Capital acquired Bell City Australia for $113 million

Bell City, located near Melbourne Airport, consists of two hotels totaling 844 guestrooms under the Mantra and BreakFree brands, a conference complex, commercial tenancies and serviced offices. (Established in 2005, Gaw Capital Partners is a private equity fund management company that focuses on global real estate markets. The firm manages value-add/opportunistic funds in Vietnam and the US, a Pan-Asia hospitality fund and a UK creative office vehicle.
