Chinese investment firm Guotai Litian acquired Los Angeles jeans brand
Chinese investment firm Guotai Litian International Group has acquired the iconic Los Angeles jeans brand JNCO for a seven figures amount.
JNCO was founded in Los Angeles in 1985. Jiangsu Guotai (formerly Shazhou Foreign Trade Corporation) was founded in 1997 and works as a holding company. In 2014 the group's annual sales reached $3.69 billion.
