Chinese investors of CEFC acquired 10% stake in Czech airline
CEFC China Energy, China's sixth largest private company, has acquired 10 percent stake in Czech Travel Service, the largest Czech Republic airline.
Travel Service planes are flying to more than 300 airports on 4 continents and has presence in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. Established in 2002, CEFC Energy is China's sixth largest private company and on the Fortune Global 500 list with its annual revenues $34 billion in 2014. (CEFC will also invest around $78 million to buy a 79 percent stake in Czech brewer Pivovary Lobkowicz Group).
