UK energy firm Cotopaxi acquired by Chinese firm for $27 million
The Chinese firm BONC (Business-intelligence of Oriental Nations Corporation) has acquired UK consultancy company Cotopaxi for $27 million.
Cotopaxi, a specialist in energy optimization, helps businesses save costs by becoming greener and more efficient in their use of energy. Chinese BONC has 3,000 staff and are focused on the telecom industry.
